Returns & Refunds
All products whether washing machine stand, washing machine inlet pipe or any other accessories are covered under our 7 days hassel-free "No questions Asked" return policy. You can easily go to your account and place product return request.
Refunds of the products are processed with in 7 to 10 days
to the original payment method. For Cash On Delivery, the refund will be either credited to universalfit wallet or will be credited in the bank account basis customer's instructions.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?
Yes, No questions will be asked and you can place the return request within 7 days of receiving the product at your place. Just go to your account, select your orders option, and under it place a return request and that's it you are done.
How do I return an item?
Login with your registered email id, in your account section, go to my orders tab and select the "return the item" option and that's it you are done and leave the rest on us. Our team of experts will work on this and keep you updated with the progress.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is customer-friendly can be checked out here. You just need to keep the product as it is, there should be no damage, barcodes, product tags, and packaging should remain intact and most importantly product should not be damaged and should be in a saleable condition.

Tracking order is very simple and easy, orders can be tracked by going into the account section and then select my orders and there all the relevant information will be made available by us regarding all the orders you have placed with us.
