Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns should be applied within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return the product please visit our website, log-in through the log-in tab, and apply for return in your account section.
After receiving your return request and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your refund. Please allow us up to 72 working hours post the returned product pick up from your place, to successfully process the refund. The amount paid by you will be refunded to the original payment source with in 7 to 10 working days. i.e. if you have paid through credit card/debit card, then the refund will be processed and credited in your card only.
In case of Cash On Delivery, you can opt for universalfit.in wallet credit or you can instruct us to refund the paid amount in your bank account via IMPS/NEFT. Please note it may take up to 7 to 10 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account/also will depend on your bank processing.
To ask the refund in your account, please provide your bank account details via email to us or you can update the same in your account section in the user menu option given on the website. "The account name should match with the provided customer name, the refund will not be processed in any third party's account".
The return/refund could only be stopped if we don't receive/find the original product at your place either at the time of pick-up or at the time of inspection at our end.
If the product is damaged and is not in a saleable condition anymore.
